Venison has a far lower fat and cholesterol content than beef, lamb, pork or chicken. It is high in polyunsaturates which are important in building a healthy body and lowering harmful cholesterol.

Llantrithyd Park venison is all under two years old and has a fabulous mild flavour of its own so you don't need to marinade it.

 

After appropriate maturation, our prime venison is prepared by a specialist game butcher in a selection of boneless packs so there is no waste. It is then vacuum packed and frozen in individual cuts to ensure it remains in perfect condition.

Our venison is totally naturally produced and both the free ranging herd and the Park are organically certified.
